Wow, I had my first experience with OnCall and I am BLOWN away! The facility itself is beautiful, bright, so clean and welcoming! Has a barista bar (amazing) I had three wonderful women take care of me today, starting with the check in, so friendly, smooth process, and quick! I was in and out for all 3 procedures in 1 hour. Janelle & Jennifer did my mamo & ultrasounds and they were FANTASTIC! I am so impressed and will definitely let everyone know about OnCall. I will also say that when they contacted me to make the appointments the lady on the phone was also amazing and so accommodating to my schedule! Thank you so much for the great experience!

Outstanding facility! The staff is great, the place is clean, and the MRI was more affordable than in the Quad Cities.

I had a great experience visiting your facility today. Very professional staff, clean building and knowledgeable technicians. I am here visiting from AZ and had a Calcium CT score screening done because of high cholesterol. It was a very positive experience, extremely quick and easy. This was my first experience with Oncall Imaging and I would highly recommend this center. Terri did out intake and was very friendly and professional. Janelle performed my Mammogram in a very professional and compassionate way. Janelle explained the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. David and Laurie performed my Breast MRI. Both David and Laurie were extremely professional and really put me at ease with the MRI testing, ensuring my understanding of the process and comfort throughout. I would HIGHLY recommend Oncall Imaging!!!!!

From the very start when I called to make my appointment till the x-ray and checkout , the staff far exceeded expectations!! Every one was so nice and helpful. They went the extra mile to make sure my experience was amazing.

The facility is extremely clean as well.

They got me in and out in a timely manner and I mean timely, I checked in and didn’t have to wait. I will absolutely be returning for any imaging/ x-rays needed.

Went for MRI and i have had a few in my day i will say best ever experience. They were friendly and professional. David did my procedure and he made sure everything was perfect before and during MRI. I can’t recommend OnCall Imaging enough. Over the Thanksgiving holiday, they were able to accommodate a last-minute appointment before I had to head home, which I truly appreciated. I arrived early as the first appointment of the day and was warmly greeted by both the receptionist and Skip, who helped get everything scheduled.

I was taken back promptly and treated with kindness and respect by one of the sonographers on the team. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and reassuring. Medical imaging can be stressful, but the entire team was so welcoming that any anxiety I had disappeared as soon as I walked in.

An excellent experience all around. Thank you to the OnCall Imaging team!

I was able to schedule my test for just a few days after getting the recommendation from my doctor. (And, on a Saturday morning!) The facility is very clean and comfortable with a “cafe” area for my husband to wait and have a coffee while I had my test. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable! Shoutout to Stephanie and Tori at the front desk, and my rad tech Cindy for being so welcoming and making me comfortable. Highly recommend!

The joys of turning 40! I know the importance of health screenings, specifically mammograms! Today, I am grateful for OnCall Imaging- I drove out of my way to schedule here because of the flexibility in scheduling! I was welcomed by Terri with a warm smile- she quickly got me checked in and offered me a beverage and snack. It wasn’t moments later that I was greeted by Janelle to have my imaging. Janelle showed so much care and compassion while preparing me for the mammogram and making me comfortable in a room with spa like music—all while thoroughly explaining the process! She made the whole experience quick and comfortable- what a true blessing! I will definitely make the drive to have my imaging here again! Quick, convenient, affordable option!

I highly recommend choosing OnCall Imaging for your imaging needs. From the moment of referral I immediately felt cared for. Stephanie called me within an hour of asking for the referral to be sent and she was so pleasant to deal with. They were very thorough in their intake process. All of which is very reassuring while dealing with your personal health issues. The day of my appointment, the ladies at the front desk were very helpful and so nice. They waste no time getting you checked in and back to your test(s). They actually valued my time and comfort at all times. Allie was the amazingly wonderful and personable Ultrasound Tech who performed my test. She is fantastic at her job and very good at putting you at ease during the process. To top that all off, I paid under $90 with my insurance for 2 tests WHICH IS UNHEARD OF!! This place is a unicorn in the medical field and I will be telling everyone I know about them all! Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of me!

Such a wonderful experience beginning to end, the front desk lady was very kind, I waited almost no time at all. This was my first time having medical imaging to this extent and the MRI techs were very kind and understanding of how worried I was to have it done, I was able to wear headphones to distract from the noise, and they checked on me several times during. I would recommend Oncall 100%. Very clean office and they even had coffee and snacks for after my appointment.

So much more relaxing then going to the hospital, from parking to getting my test done. I didn’t have to look all over for a parking spot , the facility itself was very calming and the clinicians were fabulous. They explained everything at each step and made sure i was comfortable with it.
The bistro cafe was a nice touch to relax in while waiting. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing their services and will return to them when i need something done without hesitation.

When I called the phone was answered by a real person! No automated system with #'s to push. I was able to easily schedule an appointment that was good for me. Pulled up and parked at front door. All staff was helpful and accommodating. They were very informative about procedure and made sure if you have any questions. They made sure they had existing results from previous exams for comparison before I walked in the door. AWESOME!

Highly recommend OnCall Imaging. I went here for my yearly mammogram & ultrasound. The staff were so friendly & welcoming, as well as very knowledgeable & explained the process well. The environment was calming & relaxing. They had soft music playing and it almost felt like you were at a spa lol. I had called the day before to schedule an appointment & Jamie had me scheduled for the next day. :) It was a really great experience & I will definitely use them again in the future. Oh & the price is great too! It sure beats the hospital costs. We're very lucky to have a place of this caliber in our area.

I had my yearly mammogram done at OnCall Imaging in Rock Falls. It was a more relaxing experience than having it done at the hospital. It feels like a spa when you walk in, and the Bistro is a nice little spot to grab a coffee, cappuccino, or hot cocoa, and a snack before or after your appointment. Sarah and Tori were super nice, helpful, and explained everything very well. I had a great experience!

I struggled to get into our local hospital for a follow up Mammogram after finding a need for more in depth imaging from a prior mammogram. My local hospital could not get me in for over a month for another Mammogram. OnCall had me in within days of me calling. The only hold up that didn’t allow me to get in immediately, was to allow the mail system to deliver my prior images from our local doctors office. Once I arrived they were kind, caring and informative. They explained everything, what would happen afterwards, and follow up in the future. While there I felt relief and it truly is a beautiful establishment. At first I was nervous because I had never heard of them and wasn’t sure if this was a fly by night clinic, upon arrival my concerns were washed away. They are affiliated through OSF. I had my results within hours of having the imaging done. Usually I would have waited a day or days through our local clinic. I have already set up my follow up appointments to be done through them. I can’t recommend them enough and will now use them primarily for all imaging services.

I was fortunate to have an MRI done at OnCall Imaging in Rock Falls today. What a wonderful experience!! The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. Extremely professional! I would definitely recommend OnCall Imaging to anyone in need of diagnostic Imaging!!!

very nice workers. i had an both an MRI and an ultrasound. The front desk staff, the MRI staff, and the ultrasound staff (especially Jennifer Burns) were all very kind and accommodating. 10/10 experience.
